That was until I met Stefan Katafai. Katafai was at Battersea Park for the RM Automobiles of London auction, which saw a 1997 McLaren F1 go for $5.8 million. In fact, it was Katafai's client who bought the McLaren.

Now before I go on, I should point out that buying really expensive cars is not for wusses. The bidding started at $1.7 million and got to $5.8 million in under nine minutes. While this does seem pricey for a used car, it's going to get a lot pricier in December when the Aussie dollar hits US45c. (Remember who told you about $40 oil.)

Anyway, I asked Katafai how you get clients with a lazy $6 million to throw at a car, and what he does for a quid. Listen to this. Katafai runs the Billionaires Club (www.agent4stars.com).
