One Opaque semi translucent opal with rhyolite matrix attached. Black rough material displaying a good multicolour play of colours with varying patterns rangingfrom broadflash to pinfire, measuring approximately 230.70 x 155.60 x 106.00mm. Weight 4454.50gms. The opal shows red/green/blue/multi-colour. Strong play of colour. Extremely large and rare. "ONE OF AKIND" 22,272.50 CARATS.

The Opals were appraised by a senior member of the National Association of Jewelry Appraisers of New York. He is one of the top specialists concerning opals. He is also the part of the Gemological Association of Britain and America.

The rough opals all display a good play of colour, are bright with very little directionality combined with a dark body tone.
